Is this just for new students, or can I use StudioHub to send text messages and emails to my current students?
StudioHub is NOT just for new students. All of our clients use StudioHub to communicate with their current clients as well.
Does StudioHub integrate with my software?
StudioHub integrates with Zapier. So if your software integrates with Zapier, then yes, they can be integrated. This is not something we currently do for our clients, but we have lots of clients who are using our Zapier integration.
Does StudioHub integrate with my phone number?
It does not. We will buy a local number for you, so that we can integrate it with your software. If you have an A2P approved Twilio account, we can also use your number.
What are the cost for text messages, phone calls and emails?
The price per text message starts at $0.0079 to send or receive a message. Phone calls start at $0.0085/min to receive and $0.014/min to make a call. Email pricing is $0.675 for 1000 emails. Our average client spends $5 - $30 per month on their text, phone calls, and email fees.
How many contacts can I add into StudioHub?
Unlimited.
How many users can I have in StudioHub?
Unlimited.
How would it work if I have multiple locations?
You can run multiple locations from one StudioHub account. Additional locations are billed separately.
How long does it take to get onboarded and set everything up?
Most clients get onboarded in 2 weeks or less. We have 3 onboarding calls, and videos that you have to watch as part of our onboarding. In total it should take approximately 9 hours to get onboarded.
What kind of support do you provide?
At the moment we are able to provide support Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. If you're in the "Starter" package, the support is done through emails. If you're in the "Growth" or "Agency" package, you're able to get Zoom call support for emergencies!
What do you recommend spending on your ad budget?
We recommend starting out at $12/day.
