To start, it's important to note that advertising results are never guaranteed. While we will always try our best to help you get the best results possible, there are many factors outside of our control that might impact advertising results including, but not limited to, population size, the macroeconomic landscape, additional competition, local or global events, a change in the platform's advertising algorithm, and business seasonality. Even if we implement advertising strategies that have worked in the past, the marketing landscape and marketplace are ever-changing. This means that what works today is not necessarily guaranteed to work tomorrow.Ultimately, we are not responsible for factors outside of our control negatively impacting your advertising results.

"Ads Launcher"

The ads launcher is a tool in StudioHub that allows you to save time, and easily launch advertising campaigns into Meta using our ad copy templates.

With the ads launcher, you can launch as many campaigns as you would like through the StudioHub ads launcher.

The ads launcher has 3 benefits:

  1. You can launch an ad in 3 minutes without being tech-savvy.

  2. It gives you the flexibility to promote any program you want

  3. The ads launcher gives you full control over your brand so that the ads match exactly how you want your business to be portrayed.

New Ad Copy Template Requests

If you would like us to write and add a new ad copy template, you will fill out a form where we will request information about the details of your campaign.We will send you an email with the copy that we write so that you can approve it. Once you approve the ad copy, we will add it into the ad copy templates, so that you can use it.

Note: New ad copy template requests have up to 10 business days turnaround time.

Facebook Integration Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the connection between your Facebook account and the StudioHub Ads Launcher. If the integration breaks, you must reconnect or reintegrate your Facebook account to ensure that your ads continue running smoothly and leads do not fall through the cracks.

Billing & Security

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payments to Meta are made on time and for monitoring your invoices and ad spending. This will help you avoid issues like getting your account disabled or ads paused due to payment issues.

  • You are also responsible for the security of your account. We are not responsible if your account gets hacked.

Ads Maintenance

If you are a client that is not enrolled in our "Agency" plan, or does not have access to "ads consulting" or "ads consulting + ads maintenance" services, you are responsible for maintaining your campaigns after they have been launched.   • All advertising support requests have up to 3 business days turnaround time.

  • All inquiries or changes must be communicated via email at support@getmorestudents.com

  • The ads launcher uses Meta's automated image optimization. We are not responsible for how images might be cropped by Facebook.

  • For the best display options use square image or video

Limitations of Liability

  • We're not responsible for your advertising campaigns being turned off for any reason

  • We're not responsible for any leads lost, or any negative impact caused by Meta's (Facebook and/or Instagram) integration breaking.

  • We're not responsible for any damage or negative impact caused by advertising glitches.
