Your client success manager will schedule a meeting with you once a month. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please use the scheduling link provided by your client success manager. This link will show you their current availability, making it easy to find a new time that works for both of you. Please note that if a monthly call is canceled and not rescheduled until the following month, that missed call will not carry over.
Our client success team does not participate in unscheduled phone or Zoom calls. Scheduled meetings allow us to properly prepare and ensure that our discussions are valuable for you. Please respect this boundary to help us make the best use of our time together.
Your client success manager is here to support you by offering guidance, coaching, feedback, and strategies that can help your business succeed. They will share relevant resources and advice, but it's important to understand that they are not here to do the work for you.
