Our Preferred Communication Method: Email

We primarily communicate through email. This helps us keep track of conversations, address your needs effectively, and ensure that nothing gets missed. Please use the following guidelines to contact us:

  • Urgent Matters: If you have an urgent issue, email us with "urgent" in the subject line to get our attention.

We provide email support Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM EST. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, please understand that it may take a few hours to get back to you, even during our support hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Why We Don’t Take Phone Calls or Texts

We do not offer support via phone calls or text messages. Our systems are not set up to notify our team of calls or texts, and we do not have the staff capacity to provide real-time phone support. This means that if you contact us via text or phone, your message may get lost, and we cannot take responsibility for missed communications through these channels.

If an issue needs a call to solve, we'll email you a link to schedule a call so you can pick a time that works best for you. Please note that we cannot take unscheduled calls.
